Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis) is a fungal infection that usually begins between the toes. It occurs most commonly in people whose feet have become very sweaty while confined within tight-fitting shoes.

Topical

Add 5 drop each of melaleuca alternifolia and lavender mix with Epsom salts, then  soak in water. Twice daily.

Apply Valor 3 to 5 drops each of Valor, Oregano, Thyme and Basil to affected area after soaking. Or Apply Young Living Raindrops Therapy Oils.

Oral

12 drops of Thieves Blend oils, 2 drops of Frankincense, 6 drops of Oregano in capsule, 2-3 times daily.
