A cough is your body’s way of responding to irritants in your throat and airways.


Kills viruses and bacteria, and dissolves mucus.

LEMON:  Put 10 drops in a glass of water Or take it with capsules.  4 to 6 times daily.

Thieves :  one drop in half glass of water and Gargle. 2-5 times daily.

PEPPERMINT:  Put one drop in hot water and drink


For Allergy – Natural Antihistamine to replace synthetic antihistamine

3 drops each lavender, lemon and peppermint  oils taken internally 3-5 times a day.


Reduce Respiratory inflammation

Apply 2-3 drops of RC, Frankincense, Melaleuca Alternifolia and follow by Copaiba over chest area. 2-3 times a day.


For Internal & external environmental

Diffuse oils with Ultrasonic Diffuser – oils like lavender, peppermint, frankincense, lemon, purification or thieves.



Dilute Oregano or Thyme with V6 Oils and apply over chest area. Apply on soles of the feet 2-3 times daily.

Researchers have found that some essential oils, oregano and thyme, in particular, create an autolytic reaction in organisms, including Streptococcus pneumonia. Dr. Diane Horne of Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, told the 98th general assembly of the American Society of Microbiology about the serendipitous discovery of the impact of the oils on cells such as Streptococcus pneumonia.
