Anemia, lack of red blood cell production

Anemia, lack of red blood cell production

Anemia (貧血) occurs when our blood doesn’t have enough red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen throughout your body. Having anemia may make us feel exhausted.

Anemia symptoms vary depending on the cause of anemia, may include:

  • Fatigue
  • Pale skin
  • A fast or irregular heartbeat
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chest pain
  • Dizziness
  • Cognitive problems
  • Cold hands and feet
  • Headache

Red blood cells contain hemoglobin — a red, iron-rich protein that gives blood its red color. Hemoglobin enables red blood cells to carry oxygen from our lungs to all of our body and to carry carbon dioxide from other parts of the body to lungs so that it can be exhaled.

Most blood cells, including red blood cells, are produced regularly in bone marrow — a red, spongy material found within the cavities of many of your large bones. To produce hemoglobin and red blood cells, our body needs iron, vitamin B-12, folate and other nutrients from the foods we eat.

Causes – common types of anemia

  • Iron deficiency anemia
Bone marrow needs iron to make hemoglobin. Without adequate iron, our body unable to produce enough hemoglobin for red blood cells sue to genetic disorder, quality of the vitamin or other issue.
  • Anemia-KidneyVitamin deficiency anemias
Lacking of vitamin B-12 may cause decreased red blood cell production. Some people may eat enough B-12, but their bodies aren’t able to process the vitamin.
  • Anemia of chronic disease
Thyroid problems, cancers, liver disease, autoimmune diseases, lead poisoning, viral hepatitis, mononucleosis, parasitic,Kidney failure, HIV/AIDS, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease and other chronic inflammatory diseases can interfere with the production of red blood cells, resulting in chronic anemia.
  • Aplastic anemia
Decrease in the bone marrow’s ability to produce red blood cells.
  • Anemias associated with bone marrow disease
leukemia and myelodysplasia, can cause anemia by affecting blood production in your bone marrow.
  • Hemolytic anemias
When red blood cells are destroyed faster than bone marrow can replace them.
  • Sickle cell anemia
These irregular-shaped red blood cells die prematurely, resulting in a chronic shortage of red blood cells.
  • Other anemias
Such as thalassemia and anemias caused by defective hemoglobin.

If you have Anemia, best to consult your doctor and identify type of causes.

Suggestion for healthy blood cell formation

True Source™ – Superfood powders, whole food vitamins and minerals, and other nutrients. Contain Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), use natural vitamin as synthetic one difficult absorb to the body.

Lemon Oil – Stimulating production of white and red blood cells.

Lemon oil is rich in limonene which has been extensively studied for its ability to combat tumor growth in over 50 clinical studies. Lemon oil can help in circulatory problems, arteriosclerosis, obesity, parasites, urinary tract infections, varicose veins, anxiety, hypertension, digestive problems and acne.

Rehemogen™ – Rehemogen Tincture Blood Detoxification Supplement is the perfect all natural detox remedy for circulation and blood. Use to rebuild blood, clear heavy metals and combat toxemia and anemia. It also supports natural liver cleansing and colon cleansing.

According to EDOR, Rehemogen contains herbs that were traditionally used by Native Americans for cleansing and purifying the blood. It builds red blood cells and recommended for any blood disorder.

NingXia Red – Contains natural antioxidants which protect the body against free radicals. It also promotes healthy cell life cycles

Studies on seniors in China produced amazing results (many people liver beyond 100 years of age in wolfberry growing areas). Increases in Super Oxide Dismutase (SOD) and hemoglobin were found in serum in all participants. In other words wolfberry “may help slow the aging process”.

MultiGreen™ –  Green food supplements with Live Nutrients, Phytochemicals and Special Activating Ingredients

According to the Essential Oils Desk Reference, “before putting essential oils in MultiGreens, there was 42 percent blood absorption in 24 hours. After adding essential oils to MultiGreens, blood absorption increased to 64 percent in 30 minutes, and 86 percent in an hour. The conclusion was that the cells were now receiving nutrients that they had previously not been able to assimilate.”
